The Sub-1GHz wireless SoC UM2080F32 integrates Sub-1GHz transceiver and Arm Cortex-M0+ core, the maximum operating frequency is 32mhz; the SoC contains 64Kbytes embedded Flash,16KBytes RAM and various external interfaces such as SPI, I2C, ADC, UART, CAN, etc. The sleep current is less than 0.5uA. It supports the maximum 300kbps transmission rate and the maximum transmission power of 20dBm. It can be widely used in intelligent control applications.
